Refund Policy

This policy explains refund eligibility, how to submit a request, and how payment processing works for VPNWish subscriptions. Submit your request through the account used to pay so the order can be verified and the case documented. For service terms, also see the Terms of Service.

Refund Window and Eligibility

You may request a full, no-questions-asked refund within 7 days of your first payment. The request window is verified against the first successfully paid order. Submit a support ticket within that window and keep a record of the submission time and order details. You do not need to explain why you no longer wish to use the service, and you do not need to complete connection troubleshooting before submitting a request.

This policy applies to refund requests for the first payment. It does not mean that each renewal, upgrade, or repeat order starts a new refund window. For requests made after the window, duplicate payments, or order amount discrepancies, explain the circumstances in a support ticket. Support staff will review the transaction records; the same no-questions-asked refund terms are not guaranteed in advance for these cases.

Normal Use and Irregular Orders

Connecting normally, viewing routes, and using a client do not by themselves count as giving up your right to request a refund, even if data has already been used. VPNWish does not set a separate data-use percentage or deduction formula on this page. Data packages do not expire; this refers to the validity period of the data and does not mean the refund window remains open indefinitely.

If a case involves unusual use beyond the plan allowance, a suspected policy violation, a payment dispute, or another person's payment receipt, the order ownership and circumstances must first be verified. Such cases are not decided solely by a label, and this does not mean every order qualifies for a no-questions-asked refund. If processing is restricted or delayed, the specific reason should be explained in the support ticket. If you disagree with the verification result, provide additional records and request a review.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Sign in to the account used for payment, go to the support ticket page, clearly request a refund, and identify the order to be reviewed.
  2. Provide the order identifier, plan name, payment time, amount paid, and payment method. If the payment status shown in the panel differs from the actual payment, you may attach proof of payment, redacting information unrelated to order verification.
  3. Check for replies in the original ticket and provide any necessary information. If there are multiple orders, describe each one separately to avoid confusing a renewal or upgrade with the first payment.

No email address is required; accounts use a username and password. Do not submit your account password, subscription link, or payment key with a request. Payment proof should not contain sensitive information that could be used to control an account or assets.

Refund Method and Processing Time

Supported payment methods are Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. For Alipay and WeChat Pay orders, refunds are preferentially returned through the original payment channel. If that route is unavailable, the reason should be explained in the support ticket and the next steps confirmed first. Users will not be asked to transfer funds to an unfamiliar recipient themselves.

USDT transfers use a different refund process from Alipay and WeChat Pay; reversing the original transaction does not count as a completed refund. Before processing, the original transaction, network, and receiving address must be checked, and the workable refund arrangement confirmed in the support ticket. Any differences involving the amount, network costs, or other factors must be explained and approved in advance.

Refund review, initiation, and receipt of funds are separate stages. The time until funds arrive depends on order verification and payment channel processing; no fixed timeframe is promised without confirmation. After receiving a refund processing update, check the original payment record. If the funds have not arrived, ask for an update in the original ticket.

Access After a Refund and Reviews

Once a refund is completed, the service benefits associated with that refunded order are no longer available. If the account has other active orders, confirm which plans and benefits are involved before processing to avoid including other orders by mistake. A refund request does not delete the account; see the Privacy Policy for information about personal data handling.

If the refund amount, order scope, or outcome differs from what was confirmed, list the discrepancy in the original support ticket and attach relevant records. Further explanations will be based on verified order details and will not retroactively change an accepted refund commitment by introducing new restrictions.
