VPNWish Subscription Import and Connection Guide

Set up your account and plan in the user dashboard, then import your subscription into a client. This guide follows the setup process step by step, making it useful for first-time setup and when checking the steps after switching devices.

Menu labels vary across platforms and clients. This guide uses common terms such as “subscription,” “configuration,” and “import from URL.” Follow the client instructions in your dashboard and the labels in your app. If a label is different, check that it serves the same purpose rather than looking for an exact match.

Make sure you have a working internet connection and can open both a browser and a client. You don't need to find an installer or subscription link in advance; both are available in the user dashboard.

Create an account and save your login details

Open the link below to go to the account creation page in the VPNWish user dashboard. Create an account with a username and password; no email address is required. Before submitting, make sure the browser address belongs to this site. Choose a username that's easy to recognize but doesn't reveal sensitive personal information. Use a unique password and store it in a trusted password manager.

After submitting, follow the dashboard prompts to open your account overview. If the form is still on screen, read any error messages beside the fields, check that your username is available and that both password entries match, then try again. Don't create another account just because the page hasn't moved on yet; doing so can make it harder to tell which account an order or subscription belongs to.

Once you can access the overview, save your login details before choosing a plan. VPNWish subscriptions, orders, and support tickets are linked to your account. When switching devices, sign in to the same account instead of creating another one. Your account password and subscription link serve different purposes; you won't need to enter your account password in the client's subscription URL field.

The entry button does not promise extra free data or free service time. See the user dashboard for details about what is available.

Choose a plan and check the billing terms

On the plans page, first choose between a monthly subscription and a data plan. Monthly subscriptions suit regular use: ¥9.9/month includes 60GB, ¥18/month includes 250GB, and ¥28/month includes 500GB. Monthly data resets each month on your activation date, not on the first day of the calendar month. Estimate your needs for everyday browsing, work, and video, then choose a tier that fits; device count alone isn't the deciding factor.

If your usage varies, consider a data plan: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, or ¥658/3000GB. Data lasts until used and never expires. Data plans and monthly subscriptions have different billing terms, so check the plan name, data allowance, and billing period before placing an order. For a full comparison, read the plan pricing page, then return to the user dashboard to continue.

After choosing a plan, follow the order steps in the dashboard. Check that the price matches your selection, then pay with Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT. When payment is complete, return to the dashboard and check the order and plan status. If the payment page has closed but your plan hasn't appeared, refresh the order status before trying to pay again. For help, submit the relevant order details through the support ticket section of your account.

VPNWish supports unlimited devices, but keep an eye on data use when sharing across devices. If you upgrade a monthly subscription mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days; check the dashboard for the exact result. The service offers a 7-day money-back guarantee. Read the refund policy before requesting a refund. Once your plan status is confirmed, continue to the next step to get your subscription.

Choose This Plan

Get your subscription link and add it to your client

Open the account overview and look for the import or copy-link option in the subscription section. A subscription isn't the name of a particular server; it's how your client retrieves server configurations. If the dashboard offers an import option for your client, use it first. If your browser asks whether to open an app, check that it's the client you just installed before continuing.

If you haven't installed a client yet, leave the dashboard open and come back after installation. To import manually, use the dashboard's copy option to copy the full link, then paste it directly into your client. Don't add parameters yourself or treat a partial string shown on the page as the complete address. Check for extra spaces or line breaks before submitting the link.

The example below is for identifying the format only. It cannot be imported and is not an actual VPNWish subscription link:

https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN

Your subscription link may contain access credentials, so keep it as carefully as you would a password. Don't post it in public forums, online conversion tools, or public code repositories. To report an import issue, provide the client name and error message; if you share a screenshot, hide the full link. If you think someone else may have accessed it, check whether the dashboard offers a reset option or contact support through a ticket.

Once you have your subscription, go to the section below for your device. Copying the link alone won't connect your device; you still need to import it into the client, select the configuration, and start the connection.

Open Account Overview

Import into a client for your platform

Get the client for your platform and its setup instructions from the client downloads section in the user dashboard. Sign in to download clients for all platforms except iOS; an active plan is required for iOS downloads. After installing the client, use a subscription import method supported by the dashboard. Don't repeatedly try to convert the link unless you know the format is compatible. The steps below describe where to look; exact labels vary by client.

Windows: Import from the subscription or configuration page

Select the Windows client in the dashboard, download and install it, then open the app. In a client that supports subscription management, look for an option such as “Subscriptions” or “Configurations” in the sidebar or main window. Add a configuration, then choose the option to import from a link or URL. Paste the address you copied, enter a recognizable local name for the configuration, save it, and wait for the update to finish.

After a successful update, you should usually see a configuration entry and a server list. Select the configuration you just imported, then open the server selection page. If you see a configuration name but no servers, check the update result before connecting. If your system asks for network permissions, confirm the app name and follow the prompts. For an initial test, you can use rule mode and the system proxy option provided by the client; set up other traffic routing modes according to the dashboard instructions.

macOS: Check network permissions after importing

Get the macOS client from the dashboard and follow the app's instructions to install and open it for the first time. Choose a client that supports subscription management, then add a remote subscription in its configuration list or use the app import option provided by the dashboard. Paste the link and update it. Confirm that the selected configuration is for VPNWish, then open the server list and choose an exit server.

When you connect for the first time, macOS may ask you to allow network configurations or extensions. Follow the system prompt and the client's instructions. If the client still says the feature isn't enabled, check the app's status in System Settings, then try again. Don't change unrelated security settings just to dismiss a prompt. If another network proxy app is running, pause it before testing your connection so you can tell which app is handling your traffic.

Android: Add a remote configuration and make sure it's enabled

Sign in to the dashboard to download the Android client, then follow your device's installation prompts. In a client that supports remote subscriptions, look for an add option in the “Configurations” or “Subscriptions” section and choose to import from a link. Paste the full address, save it, and update it. Select the new entry from the configuration list. Importing retrieves the server list; return to the connection screen to start the service.

The first time you connect on Android, you may see a VPN connection request. Allow it after confirming it came from the client you just installed. Check the status in your notifications and in the app, then open your target website to test it. If the connection often drops when the app is in the background, check whether your system restricts its background activity and allow it to run when needed. Don't rely on the status icon alone; verify that pages load and features work.

iOS: Get and import the client using the dashboard instructions

First, make sure your account has an active plan. Then open the iOS download section in the dashboard and follow the instructions to get a compatible client. Use an iOS network client that supports subscription imports. After installation, try the import option provided by the dashboard first. If your browser asks whether to open an app, confirm it's the right one and continue, then check that the subscription appears in the client.

For manual setup, look for an option to add a URL or import from a link in the client's subscription management section. Paste the address, save it, and update the subscription. Once the server list appears, select a server and connect. If your system asks to add a VPN configuration, follow the prompts to authorize it. Return to the app to check the connection status. If the app already has an older subscription, make sure you select the new one so you don't connect to an old server by mistake.

Linux and other setup needs

VPNWish also supports Linux, and clients can be downloaded from the dashboard after signing in. Follow the relevant instructions in the dashboard for installation and import; don't assume that options on other platforms have the same names. For network settings involving command-line tools, IDE plugins, or AI tools, see the AI access guide. This page covers client connections, not proxy variables or persistent connection troubleshooting in development environments.

Connect to a server and verify that access works

Return to the client and confirm that the subscription updated successfully and the configuration is selected, then choose an exit server. For everyday browsing, start with a location that meets the target website's regional requirements. If you don't have a specific requirement, choose a server from the client's list that suits your current network and test it. Location and server-type labels don't guarantee access to a particular service; results also depend on the website's rules, your account status, and your local network.

After connecting, open a regular webpage first to check that your local network is working, then open the website you want to use. Don't stop at the homepage: test the features you need, such as loading a signed-in page, opening a document, or reading content continuously. Existing tabs may keep an old connection, so close and reopen them if needed. In rule mode, some sites may use your local network as intended; a page that doesn't show a different exit location doesn't necessarily mean the configuration failed.

If the target website won't open, first check in the client that the configuration is enabled, the subscription updated without errors, and your plan and remaining data are in order. Then, without changing other settings, switch servers and reopen the target page. Change one thing at a time to help identify whether the problem is with the subscription, the server connection, or the website itself. This also makes it easier to undo changes.

If regular websites work but an AI tool has login or response issues, see the AI access guide for region checks and connection troubleshooting. A successful network connection doesn't guarantee that a service will accept your account or exit location; avoid switching regions repeatedly just to test. For streaming, see the streaming access guide. Browse server locations on the global server locations page.

If the issue persists, open a support ticket in the user dashboard. Include your device platform, client name, server location, error message, and whether regular websites and the target site open. Hide your password and subscription link before submitting. Clear steps to reproduce the issue are more helpful than simply saying “the connection failed.” You can keep using a server you've already verified while support investigates.

Setup is complete when your plan is active, the client can update the subscription and select its configuration, the connection is on, and the target website's features work. When you switch devices, use the same account and get the appropriate client and subscription from the dashboard.
