User Panel Tickets

Use tickets for connection troubleshooting, account or subscription questions, order checks, and refund requests. After logging in, open the tickets section, choose a relevant topic, and describe the issue. Keep any follow-up details in the same ticket.

Response times depend on the status of your request; no fixed timeframe is promised on this page. Check your ticket for replies after submitting it. If you need to provide screenshots or order details, add them to the same ticket.

Before You Submit

Connection and Access Issues

Include your platform, the route name shown in your client, approximately when the issue occurred, and the affected service and symptoms. For example, say whether the connection fails, a webpage opens but keeps loading, or the same message appears after switching routes.

Attach a screenshot of the error and mention whether you tried switching networks or routes. Before taking a screenshot, hide your subscription link, password, and access key. Do not paste the full subscription details into a ticket.

Subscription and Data Questions

Tell us whether you’re using a monthly subscription or a data package, and where the panel differs from what you expected. Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date; data packages remain valid until used and never expire. Mid-cycle upgrades are prorated into remaining days, so include the relevant order details for verification.

Payment and Refund Questions

Payment methods include Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. If you have a question about a payment’s status, provide the order number, payment method, and a screenshot of the panel status to help avoid duplicate payments.

VPNWish offers a 7-day no-questions-asked refund. To request one, explain your request in a support ticket and include the relevant order. See the Refund Policy for details.

Replies and Follow-Up Troubleshooting

After submitting a ticket, keep a record of the error messages and steps taken when the issue occurred. If anything changes—for example, the connection works after switching networks or only a particular service remains inaccessible—add an update to the same ticket so the team can compare what changed.

Whenever possible, continue in the original ticket to keep troubleshooting details together. While you wait, check the Guides. For regional availability, login, or streaming issues with AI tools, see the AI Access Guide.

Only include information relevant to the issue in your ticket. Keep passwords, full subscription links, and sensitive payment details private, and redact them from screenshots.
